Rob Dubin

A seasoned adventurer, resilience expert, and international keynote speaker, Rob Dubin’s life reads like a best-selling thriller. From climbing the Himalayas to sailing the world’s oceans, Rob has faced and conquered countless challenges.

But things were not always so exciting for Rob. By all accounts, Rob is a pretty average guy—barely 5’7”,  a bit overweight, wears glasses, and started to go bald from an autoimmune disease when he was just 5 years old.

Yet, as a documentary filmmaker, Rob had access to some of the most extraordinary people in the world. From actors and thought leaders to adventurers, champion athletes, and even US Presidents, Rob was able to learn the secrets to their success through the process of filming them. By observing, listening, and capturing their stories on camera, Rob absorbed their insights and took every lesson to heart. By putting this expert advice into action, he developed a powerful blueprint for success.

These lessons are not just theoretical —for Rob, they’re lived experiences.

By applying his blueprint Rob (an admittedly average guy) has built million-dollar businesses, set aviation records, sailed around the world, climbed the worlds tallest mountains, and even started a scholarship fund that has put 29 kids through college.

Through all these endeavors, he has consistently applied the principles of resilience, optimism, and servant leadership that he learned from the high achievers he met along the way.

Today, Rob is passionate about sharing this blueprint while teaching leaders how to build resilience, foster optimism, and lead with empathy and purpose. Through compelling personal stories and practical strategies, his programs equip leaders to confidently navigate uncertainties, inspire their teams, and drive sustained success in both their professional and personal lives.

Rob's Blueprint for Success

Rob Dubin’s “Heart, Head, and Hands” success blueprint is built around three core principles: Purpose, Mindset, and Action. By integrating these three principles, anyone can achieve extraordinary results, no matter how average they might feel.

Heart

your purpose

Aligning your actions with your core beliefs and values is essential. Leading with empathy and care fosters trust and support within teams. Your purpose and core beliefs serve as a guiding star, especially during challenging times, helping you stay true to your passions and what genuinely makes you happy.

Head

how you think

Developing a resilient mindset is crucial, embracing optimism by focusing on the positive aspects of any situation. By learning from high achievers and adopting their best practices, you can cultivate flexibility and adaptability to navigate uncertain and volatile environments effectively.

Hands

actions you take

It’s about taking decisive and bold actions, even in the face of uncertainty. Implementing practical strategies and systems learned from successful individuals is key. Focusing on solutions and proactive steps to overcome obstacles, and continuously refining and repeating effective practices, will lead to consistent success.

Rob's Story.

Through my filmmaking career, I was blessed with the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the world’s most extraordinary people. I’ve spent one-on-one time with Buckminster Fuller, met Jimmy Carter, spent lots of time with Tony Robbins, sailed with Ted Turner, and even received a call from Bill Clinton while he was President. These interactions taught me invaluable lessons about success, resilience, and leadership.

My adventures have been equally enlightening. I climbed Denali, North America’s highest mountain, and was the first person to fly a gyroplane to all 48 states in the Continental US. My wife Dee and I circumnavigated the globe on our own sailboat, and I participated in the first descent of the Jatate’ River in Mexico by kayak. I’ve swum with a school of hammerhead sharks, driven through thousands of miles of African back roads, and been the guest of honor at Fijian feasts celebrated by entire villages.

Through the lessons I’ve learned from these extraordinary individuals and the incredible adventures I’ve experienced, I have discovered a blueprint for success and happiness in both personal and professional lives. Today, through my inspirational keynotes and workshops, it is my mission to share this blueprint with you.

My goal is to help you cultivate resilience, foster genuine happiness, and achieve remarkable success in all areas of your life.
